What happens on the free discovery call?+
We spend 15 minutes on a video call talking through your current AWS setup, what's prompting you to look at security or monitoring now, and roughly what a review would cost and take. No slides, no sales script — if it doesn't make sense for you yet, we'll say so.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?+
No. It helps if you have a rough idea of what's running in your AWS account (a couple of EC2 instances, an RDS database, S3 buckets, that sort of thing), but you don't need documentation, diagrams, or IAM access ready for this first call.
What AWS access do you need for a paid review?+
Read-only access through an IAM role you create and can revoke at any time — never your root credentials or a full-access key. We'll walk you through the exact permissions before the review starts, and you stay in control of your account throughout.
How long does a Security & Architecture Review take?+
Most reviews run one to two weeks from kickoff call to final report, depending on how large your AWS footprint is. You'll get a written, prioritized roadmap plus a 60-minute walkthrough call to go over it together.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked call?+
Yes, any time before it starts, directly from the confirmation or reminder email the calendar sends you — no need to email us to ask.
How do I pay if I want to move forward?+
There's no self-serve checkout on this site. If a review or monitoring plan makes sense after the call, we scope it together and send you a straightforward invoice — so the price reflects your actual AWS footprint rather than a generic package.
