What's included when I buy a plan?+
The Security & Architecture Review gets you a written, prioritized roadmap and a walkthrough call. Managed Monitoring gets you AWS security service setup (GuardDuty, Security Hub, CloudTrail, WAF) plus ongoing triage and incident response. Cloud Consulting and Penetration Testing are scoped on a free call first. Each service's own page has the full breakdown.
How does the process work after I buy?+
Buy Now takes you straight to a secure Stripe checkout for a fixed, flat price, no call required first. Right after paying, you book your kickoff call, and the engagement starts from there.
What happens after I complete my purchase?+
You land on a confirmation page where you book the kickoff call immediately. From there, we get to work: read-only access setup for a review, or service configuration for monitoring.
How long does an engagement take?+
The Security & Architecture Review typically runs one to two weeks from kickoff call to final report. Managed Monitoring is ongoing for as long as you keep it, month to month.
Can the scope be customized?+
The two AWS services are fixed-scope and fixed-price by design, no surprise add-ons. Penetration Testing is scoped to what you need tested on a free call, then it's a flat, fixed price too, just confirmed before booking instead of published upfront. Cloud Consulting is fully custom, any AWS architecture project, scoped and priced on a free discovery call before anything starts. If your situation genuinely falls outside any of these, book the free discovery call and we'll figure out the right approach before anything is paid for.
Do you disappear once the work is delivered?+
No. Once the report is delivered, or monitoring is up and running, we stay available for any follow-up questions or clarifications as you work through it. Take the time you need, you're looked after from start to finish.
