[ FREE DISCOVERY CALL ]
Free 30-Minute Cloud Architecture Discovery Call
No obligation. Tell us what you're building or fixing.
This call is where we work out what you're building, migrating, scaling, or trying to fix, and roughly how big the engagement is.
Whether it's a new system you're designing, a migration you're planning, a cost or performance problem, or something already broken in production, we'll have a practical conversation about your architecture.
Free to reschedule or cancel any time before the call, right from your confirmation or reminder email. No fees, no need to ask.
Common questions
What happens on the free discovery call?+
We spend 30 minutes talking through what you're building, fixing, or trying to solve, and roughly what it would take. No slides, no sales script. If it's not something we can help with, we'll say so.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?+
No. A rough idea of the problem or project, and any deadline or constraint you're working with, is plenty for this first call.
How is this different from booking the AWS Security & Architecture Review call?+
That call is specifically about a security audit of your AWS environment. This one is for anything else: new systems, migrations, cost, scaling, or fixing something that's already broken.
How long does an engagement take?+
Depends entirely on scope, from a few days for a focused fix to several weeks for a migration. You'll get a real estimate on this call.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked call?+
Yes, any time before it starts, directly from the confirmation or reminder email the calendar sends you. No need to email us to ask.
How do I pay if I want to move forward?+
Once scope and price are agreed on this call, it's a fixed price for the engagement, no hourly billing. Larger engagements can be split into milestones.
What if this isn't quite the right service for what I need?+
Tell us on the call anyway. If the AWS Security & Architecture Review, Managed Monitoring, or Penetration Testing is actually a better fit, we'll point you there instead.
