We spend 30 minutes talking through what actually needs testing, a web application, an API, a mobile app, or your AWS infrastructure, and roughly what a test would cost and take. No slides, no sales script. If a full test doesn't make sense for you yet, we'll say so.
Do I need to prepare anything beforehand?+
No. It helps to have a rough idea of what you want tested and any constraints like a release date or compliance deadline, but you don't need documentation, access, or test accounts ready for this first call.
What access do you need for a paid penetration test?+
Depends on scope. Most engagements start black-box, no access beyond what's public. For authenticated testing, we'll ask for a couple of standard test accounts at the access level you want tested, never admin credentials or production data access beyond what's needed.
How long does a penetration test take?+
Most engagements run one to two weeks of testing plus report writing, depending on scope. You'll get an exact timeline on this call once we know what's being tested.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked call?+

Once scope and price are confirmed on this call, it's a flat fee paid at checkout before testing starts, no hourly billing, no surprise add-ons. When testing and the retest are done, we stay available for any follow-up questions as you work through remediation.
